Art Marine Booth Production

The renowned boat dealer asked Eventers "The Events Factory" to produce his booth in the Egypt International boat show. We tried to create a picturesque atmosphere of the sea that suited the art marine design and colors. Entering this booth was like a breath of fresh air on a hot summer day!

CHI 5th Anniversary Gala

For the 3rd year in a row, our loyal clients, Chi hair products, entrusted us with the honour of producing an event to celebrate their 5th anniversary accomplishments in Egypt. Hair dressers were flown in from all over the world and demonstrated the latest trends and techniques while local hairdressers and their families enjoyed a vivaciously entertaining evening with a setup to suit their taste.

National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) Annual Iftar

Ramadan spirit filled Katameya Heights clubhouse where the national bank of Abu Dhabi celebrated their annual Ramadan Iftar for their top VIP. Everyone could not believe that this was actually Katameya Heights due to the oriental atmosphere that Eventers "The Events Factory" so perfectly mastered to the smallest detail.

Wedding of Dalia & Amr

Planning a wedding is no easy task especially when you are aiming to do something creative and out of the norm and definitely by all standards this wedding had everything unique about it. We were given the pleasure of creating and executing this glamourous, stylish, yet colorful mega wedding in the Dusit hotel. More than 1000 guests attended this wedding. A British band was flown in from London which rocked people off their seats together with an award winning bartender performing his flair show while mixing the never ending cocktails plus the gigantic production of fire works and pyrotechnics… It was one of those weddings that the whole country talked about. Congrats to the bride and groom and wishing them a lifelong of happiness and love.

Heineken Thirst Heat Competition

"Thirst" is a competition designed to encourage local DJs and give them international exposure with world wide DJs. Al Ahram Beverages company gave us the mission of creating the proper club atmosphere to stimulate contestants to play their best music mixes. We excelled in creating the green theme of the night using magnificent Laser techniques in the heart of the Nile. Go Egyptian DJs go!…

ID Product Launch 2009 at Sangria Gardens

For this mega event 4 professional bartenders were hired in from Europe to mix the latest cocktails and perform their trade mark flairing show. A huge turn out showed up and had a great time.

Riva Booth at the Egypt International Boat Show

After our success producing the RIVA launch in El Gouna during last December, Eventers "The Events Factory" was assigned to design and produce The RIVA booth at the Egypt International Boat Show. With 180 square meters the booth needed to be up to the highest standard of design as well as production in order to meet up with RIVA brand positioning. The design concept of Eventers "The Events Factory" was inspired by the brown and white looks of RIVA luxury boats, included in walls and flooring. The booth included a conference room as well as a storage area, counters and more.

Domaine de Gianaclis Gala at Cairo Marriott

You can never tell that this is the Aida ballroom in the Marriott. Eventers "The Events Factory" was briefed to design and produce a theme that reflects Cairo in the 1930s which was translated into big golden mirrors, old paintings, furniture & accessories. A true highlight was Egypt's only Big Brass Bandthat made the launch a great gala where all the guests enjoyed the quality time, food, drinks & entertainment

CHI Product Launch at Sofitel El Gezira

For the second year Eventers "The Events Factory" was chosen to produce the CHI Gala night at the famous Sofitel El Gezira. Around 450 guests attended the show, famous hair dressers were flown all the way from USA to introduce the latest techniques in hair styling and it was a hit for all parties involved.

Riva Dealership Launch Reception

Synergy Egypt celebrated the launch of its flag dealership of the renowned Italian RIVA boats. The reception took place at Abu Tig Marina in El Gouna. Guests were entertained even before stepping into the party by leading saxophonist Nour. Once inside, the great tunes of the DJ set the mood until The Riff band kicked off. Eventers "The Events Factory" was in charge of the total design, production, entertainment and venue set up, which was in complete concordance with the original posh Riva boats atmosphere.

Amira & Tarek's Wedding at Sangria Garden

This was the shortest notice ever for Eventers "The Events Factory" to organize a wedding and as usual we pulled it off to the highest expectations of the sweet couple. The location was Sangria garden.

Phillip Morris Corporate Sohour

In recognition of their summer program theme “Dial a Pack”, Philip Morris enlisted Eventers "The Events Factory" to organize their sohour at Sangria Gardens. The theme was all about being on the road... highways, traffic lights & direction signs lent a witty atmosphere to the event.

UEFA Champions League Final Game sponsored by Heineken

For the second consecutive year our company was chosen to organize the airing of the UEFA Champions League final between Manchester United & Chelsea at Sangria Garden. For the first time LED screens were used for football airing.

Euro 2008 at the Dutch Embassy

Eventers "The Events Factory" was asked to put together a real stadium atmosphere for the EURO 08 football games at the luscious garden of the Dutch embassy in Zamalek which is known to be a popular hangout for all the Dutch community in Cairo.

The couple decided to celebrate the BIG night at the Belvedere Terrace - Nile Hilton. Guests flew from all over the world to attend Carole & Mido's wedding.

Chaine des Rotisseurs Gala

The chaine des Rotisseures & The Nile Hilton chose Eventers "The Events Factory" to organize their annual gala at the famous Belvedere Rotisserie. Our creatives designed and produced the set up, flowers & seating around the Chaine theme colors. The final word was Bon Appétit.
