1. Research
The best way to reduce risk (whatever the kind) is to do your homework. At Eventers, we'll start our research by interviewing our client - yes, that means finding out just exactly what your goals and expectations are for your event. Accordingly we'll then do all the necessary research including finding out about demand for an event and keeping current about previous events and their successes and / or failures. We'll also source the appropriate venues, vendors and suppliers for each stage of the event.
2. Proposal
Once we've brainstormed fresh ideas to develop a theme and event concept that will surely "wow" your guests, Eventers will propose to you a plan, schedule and budget for your event.
1. Organization
During this decision-intensive phase, Eventers will take care of more details than you might believe possible. But as your partner, we'll discuss with you all major decisions, always ensuring that communication lines are kept open.
4. Coordination
At this stage, our goal is to ensure that everyone is on the same wavelength. Essential communication makes sure that all vendors and suppliers are clear about what's expected of them, and when. We "check and recheck" all aspects of every step, verifying the precise implementation of the event plan.
5. Evaluation
Eventers will assess the success of the event through various means including conducting evaluations and interviews. The obvious test of a successful event however, is ultimately a satisfied customer - you!
